Active mornings at the Hof bei Salzburg natural beach. Qi Gong directly on Lake Fuschl. From June 25 to September 10, 2026, every Thursday from 08:00-09:00 (weather permitting). When the first sunbeams touch Lake Fuschl and nature around the natural beach slowly awakens, the perfect start to the day begins with us: movement, fresh lake air, and conscious time for body and mind. We warmly invite you to our summer morning sessions at the Hof bei Salzburg natural beach. In a unique atmosphere directly by the water, relaxing and activating sessions with Gudrun Schöberl await you. Whether beginner or experienced participant - everyone is welcome to enjoy the special energy of the morning at Lake Fuschl.
