With baby massage, you give your child a sense of security and comfort. Benefits of baby massage include early and intensive mother-child contact, which has a positive long-term effect on the child. It helps you become confident in handling your baby and teaches you to respond to its body language. The course covers traditional Indian massage techniques and reflex zones for teething, aiding recovery, colic, and sleep-wake rhythm disturbances. Children who are massaged simply feel more comfortable in their skin. What to bring: changing mat, cloth diaper, bath towel. Course instructor: Elisabeth Schmidhuber - As a mother of three children and a trained masseuse, I would like to share my knowledge and experience in baby massage with you.
