Seminar for Obtaining the Dog Ownership Certificate - Canini Dog School

What's it about?

Since January 1, 2013, every dog owner has been required to provide proof of the necessary knowledge for dog ownership when registering their dog with the municipality. The private Canini Dog School is an education institution recognized by the Salzburg State Government, authorized to conduct training for dog ownership (knowledge certificate). There is a legal transition period until June 30, 2027, during which everything remains the same. We would like to inform you that on November 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM to approximately 8:00 PM, at Gasthaus Holznerwirt in Eugendorf, in cooperation with veterinarian Sabine Lukas, we will conduct the training for dog ownership (knowledge certificate) as specified in the relevant regulation of the Salzburg State Government. The registration deadline is November 6, 2026. Unfortunately, dogs cannot be brought into the seminar room. Please refer to the attached announcement for details.
