What's it about?
This year's Gesundheitstag (Health Day) features a diverse lecture program and a variety of exhibitors from different health sectors. In the large hall of the Kulturzentrum Hallwang, you can get free and non-binding information on the following topics: - Venous health - Eye and hearing tests - Offers from the social aid service Hallwang - Offers from the Verein Aktiv Volkskrankheit Fettleber (Active Association for the Common Disease Fatty Liver) - Dietary supplements - IL-DO body candles - Skin care & cell health In the lecture room on the ground floor, lectures on the following topics take place simultaneously: - 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Important information about blood pressure - 2:40 PM - 3:10 PM: Michael Lienbacher / Dietitian - The common disease Fatty Liver - 3:20 PM - 3:50 PM: Bettina Hauser - What keeps us healthy? - 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Gerald Fingerlos - Poor concentration, silent inflammations - The power of nutrition On the basement level, physiotherapist Rebekka Dietrich leads three sessions on pelvic floor exercises for women and men. Exercise mats are available – please wear comfortable clothing! On the parking lot in front of the Kulturzentrum, a Red Cross Salzburg ambulance and the vehicle of the social aid service Hallwang can be viewed. To conclude the Gesundheitstag, Ms. Gerlinde Mayer will lead us into a relaxing evening and weekend with a sound journey. The organizers of the Gesundheitstag look forward to your participation!
