What's it about?
Especially in the cold season, simple, proven home remedies are particularly valuable. Many of them can be easily made at home using local herbs and natural ingredients. In this workshop, we will learn about important medicinal plants and home remedies that can help us through autumn and winter. We will discuss their traditional uses and jointly create various products for the natural home pharmacy. This way, a small collection of helpful home remedies will be built step by step for use at home. What to expect: Getting to know important medicinal plants for the cold season, making five home remedies for the home pharmacy, tips for use during cold and winter ailments, many practical ideas for home. What you will take home: Four herbal products you have made, a detailed script.
