Tanzen und mehr! Seniorentanz plus

What's it about?

Dance and more! Senior Dance Plus is a holistic activation concept for people who are no longer very mobile. In a chair circle, around a decorated 'center', on seasonal or everyday topics, we dance dances while sitting and at the chair, we reminisce, tell stories, laugh, sing, and do short memory exercises. When the legs no longer dash around, we dance happily while sitting! Instructor: Ann Sutter Fee: €10.00 including snack 😊 Registration required at 0664/40 250 21! Dates: Every two weeks on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Starting again on September 16, 2026.
