Instructor Caroline Sams Small group of 4-6 participants 5-session block for €75.00 Introductory class available for €15.00 Registration by October 6, 2026 This course offers powerful, flowing yoga and aims to create a break from everyday life, allowing you to focus entirely on yourself and your well-being. As a trained occupational therapist and yoga teacher, I tailor my classes to the needs of the participants, primarily focusing on body awareness and movement training.
