We begin the session with flowing, simple body movements. Afterwards, we go into relaxation with crystal sound. Through practice, you bring everything in your system into motion. Crystal sound integrates and strengthens your immune system. It enhances the immune system and life forces, stimulates energy flow, increases quality of life, and promotes serenity and relaxation. It also supports physical and mental detoxification, cleansing, and clarification. Wednesdays 7:00-7:50 AM, September 16 - December 16, 2026. 13 sessions at Inama Studios BioArt Campus. 245 EUR for 13 sessions, 25 EUR for individual sessions.
