What's it about?
SPECIAL – Candle Light Yoga – Let your Light shine The today's practice is dedicated to our ancestors' series. Each participant receives a candle as a symbol of the soul's light, which is passed down through generations. It accompanies us as the only light source through the evening. We remember our roots, open our hearts for reconciliation, and connect with a feeling of infinity. With selected breathing (Pranayama), body (Asanas), and relaxation exercises, we bring body, mind, and soul into harmony. As a closing, we gently end the session with a mantra.
