Beer enthusiasts and do-it-yourself fans will enjoy our most popular brewing course. Step by step, a fascinating Austrian beer specialty is brewed together. All Klassik brewing courses take place at the Bierkulturhaus and guarantee active participation in all steps of the brewing process, professional supervision, beers on tap, unlimited soft drinks, coffee & tea, high-quality beer-themed farewell gifts, as well as tasting of beer classics from Germany and Austria. Warm brewing buffet with pork roast, dumplings, and coleslaw (vegetarian alternative available). Tour of the Trumer Privatbrauerei with Josef Sigl. Honorary Brewer Certificate for "Tradition Brewer".
