MUSICAL JOURNEY THROUGH TIME with baroque organ and cello Organist Bettina Leitner-Pelster and cellist Gundula Leitner The joint concert of the two internationally sought-after sisters promises to be an extraordinary musical experience. In finely tuned interplay, the sonic depth of the unique Vormoos baroque organ combines with the warm, expressive tone of the cello. The varied program spans a range from baroque masterpieces to selected romantic and modern compositions, opening up new, fascinating soundscapes. A wide range of works will be played, from the Flemish Renaissance composer Tilman Susato to Antonio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Robert Schumann and others, right up to the contemporary Swiss organist Guy Bovet. Both musicians are characterized by high artistic quality, stylistic versatility and great expressiveness. The audience can look forward to an evening full of intensity, sensitivity and musical dialogues that will resonate long afterwards.
