What's it about?
What is dynamic movement training? A holistic movement method with elements from physiotherapy and osteopathy, classic Pilates, and fascia work - it is an effective full-body workout to strengthen the deep muscles, improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness. Persistent tensions are released through the varied training.
