Repair Café
What's it about?
What is the Repair Café? We are a neighborhood, non-commercial event where broken, portable items can be repaired alone or together. No success guarantee – but with fun in screwing and tinkering in a convivial setting. Why repair? We do not want to simply throw away seemingly broken items. If possible, we repair them and thereby also expand our repair knowledge together. This helps avoid special waste and conserves resources! What can I bring? Anything that can be brought and taken back, e.g., electrical appliances. A cooperation with the Diakoniewerk, the Franckviertel-Bulgariplatz neighborhood center, and the Climate Alliance project Think Green, funded by Linz-Culture. The makart association looks forward to your visit.
