Wild Herb Walk and Cooking with Wild Herbs
What's it about?
We meet at Fort Kniepass for a lively welcome drink. Then, the wild herb walk takes us through the natural slopes of the fortification, where we can gather from the Salzburger plant world. The green treasures are then transformed in the fermentation cellar into a three-course wild herb menu, which we enjoy together.
