Gewürze & Fermentation – Aromawelten gezielt gestalten
What's it about?
Sensorics, pairing, and practical spice kitchen. Spices influence ferments and dishes far beyond heat: they add depth, balance, freshness, and character. In this workshop, we will explore how aromas are intentionally built, which spices harmonize particularly well with foods, and how roasting, grinding, and dosing change the flavor. In the practical part, we will develop four spice blends to take home: from the classic Quatre Épices "Wilde Vier" to the earthy variant "Wald & Wärme" and the European curry compositions "Goldene Gärten" and "Herbstglut".
