Making Sauerkraut Together
What's it about?
We invite you all to stomp sauerkraut at the Fort Kniepass Fermentation Center: very traditional, aromatic or spicy and a little red or golden yellow? We shred the cabbage, salt it and season it to taste. Then it needs a good place and some patience until the cabbage is finely sour.
