What's it about?

First aid course by the Austrian Red Cross. "In 99% of cases, they just need a break. A first aid course is 100% worth it." Under this motto, the Austrian Red Cross, Salzburg regional branch, offers a 16-hour basic first aid course. The course consists of 8 hours of theory, which can be completed online, and 8 hours of practical training on-site. The practical sessions will take place on November 3 and 5, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Course location: Red Cross – Golling Service Office Markt 252, Golling an der Salzach Registration: Registrations can be sent via email to kurswesen.hallein@s.roteskreuz.at. When registering, please include your place of residence and date of birth. Costs: The course is free for residents of the communities Golling, Scheffau, Kuchl, and St. Koloman. The course provides basic knowledge and practical skills for emergencies and aims to enable participants to act correctly in emergency situations.
