What's it about?

What happens when songs and spoken word meet young plants, earth, and a Friday evening in a greenhouse? On October 9th, the Tauerngarten Altenmarkt will become a stage for an evening. Between plants and the greenhouse, there will be texts and music to hear, which perhaps have not yet reached many ears – and that is exactly the point. Monvie will perform original songs in the Pongau dialect, about things encountered in everyday life, about people, thoughts, small observations, and all that which sometimes stays longer in the mind than expected. Jutta Pollhammer will tell her stories with spoken word poetry in her own unique way: sometimes finely observed, sometimes surprising, and often with a thought to take home. Two different ways of telling stories – one where words become songs, and another where they stand entirely on their own. And perhaps this Friday evening is the perfect opportunity to hear something new. So: come in, take a seat, and enjoy...
