ORF Long Night of Museums Tours & Workshops 6:00 PM–8:00 PM | Family Tour & Workshop: Writing like in the time of Franz Xaver GruberIn the Kurrent writing workshop, children and adults discover the historical handwriting of the 19th century. Inspired by Franz Xaver Gruber, participants design their own small diary to take home. 7:00 PM–11:00 PM | Guided Tours: Encountering the composer Franz Xaver GruberThe special exhibition presents treasures related to the history of "Silent Night". On display are letters, pictures, instruments, and Joseph Mohr's guitar, on which the song was first heard in 1818. 7:45 PM & 9:30 PM | Amusing theatrical tour: Nora cleans!The cleaning lady Nora provides unusual insights into the exhibition with wit and charm and accompanies visitors through the evening with humorous stories.
