The US industrial/alternative metal pioneers MUSHROOMHEAD bring their notorious, visually stunning and sonically powerful live show directly to us. As brutal special guests, they have the Brazilian death/thrash metallers THE TROOPS OF DOOM (featuring ex-Sepultura guitarist Jairo "Tormentor" Guedz) with them, who will relentlessly pummel you into operating temperature. Get ready for driving riffs, dark masks, and pure escalation. This will be an evening that offers no respite! MUSHROOMHEAD After a year away from European stages, Mushroomhead are preparing for their long-awaited return this summer. They are bringing their unmistakable blend of industrial metal, theatrical performance, and raw intensity back to their fans across the EU and UK. For their first tour in this region since 2024, the band will play a series of intimate club shows as well as appearances at major festivals. Known for their captivating live experience – complete with elaborate costumes, pounding percussion, and a genre-defying sound – Mushroomhead continue to push boundaries while staying true to the underground spirit that spawned their global fanbase. The upcoming tour promises a rare opportunity to experience the band both up close in a club atmosphere and on some of Europe's biggest festival stages. Fans can expect a setlist that covers the band's extensive catalog, combining fan favorites with newer material – all delivered with the energy and theatrical intensity that have characterized Mushroomhead for decades. THE TROOPS OF DOOM The band THE TROOPS OF DOOM was founded in 2020, during the pandemic, by original SEPULTURA guitarist Jairo "Tormentor" Guedz. He recorded the albums "Bestial Devastation" (1985) and "Morbid Visions" (1986). Jairo left the band in 1987, making way for Andreas Kisser, who still plays in the band today. The line-up of THE TROOPS OF DOOM also includes other significant figures from the Brazilian metal scene, such as guitarist Marcelo Vasco (Patria, Mysteriis), a globally recognized graphic artist known for his work with bands like Slayer, Dee Snider, Kreator, Machine Head, Soulfly, and many more. Singer and bassist Alex Kafer, former live guitarist for Matanza, and drummer Alexandre Oliveira, a former member of the band Tianastácia, complete the lineup.
