What's it about?

The young Japanese martial art AIKIDO is strongly defensive. It teaches how to deal with dangers, resolve conflicts rather than escalate them. In training, the attacking energy is redirected against the opponent itself, thus running into nothingness. Aikido is not only a martial art but also a way of life.
