Are you over 60 and curious about contemporary, creative dance? In this 3-day workshop, we will explore movement and dance in various ways through playful exercises and guided improvisation tasks, creatively developing our own dance. Together and individually, we will experiment with spatial perception, movement textures, and movement impulses, connecting through dance - with ourselves and with others.
