Group Supervision for (Aspiring) Life and Social Counselors

What's it about?

"Reflected in Relationship" - Those working in counseling or helping professions are constantly navigating the tension between closeness and professional distance. To support clients effectively, both are necessary – yet this balancing act is not always easy. Counselors and helpers also experience phases where their own inner stability is challenged. The regularly held group supervision provides a protected space to reflect on personal cases, experiences, and encounters together and to process them professionally. Through exchange with colleagues, new perspectives, confidence in action, and valuable impulses for professional development emerge. Of course, all participants are bound by confidentiality, ensuring openness and trust. Facilitator: Petra Freysoldt.
