IMC Kids Fight Club is martial arts and self-defense training for children – with a clear focus on discipline, respect, and self-confidence. Here it's not about "hitting hard". It's about: Body tension & coordination Balance & reaction skills Simple self-defense techniques Proper falling & safe movement Team spirit & fairness Dealing with conflicts Mental strength & courage The children learn to assert themselves – without becoming aggressive. They develop presence, body control, and self-confidence.
