Enjoyment, craftsmanship, and tradition are once again at the center in Oberwang on Sunday, November 8, 2026. The association ‘Lebensroas’ invites visitors from 10 a.m. to the 17th Martinifest at the ‘Zum fidelen Bauern’ inn and along the theme trail. Culinary offerings include a variety of wild game specialties, fresh scrambled eggs from the Holzknechthütte, fish dishes, and regional delicacies. Bee products are also available for discovery and enjoyment. The craft market in the weatherproof stock hall features regional arts and crafts and handmade products. For children, there are horse rides, and at the shooting range, accuracy is tested. Alpacas also provide special encounters. The Oberwanger Prangerschützen (town guards) open the festival. In the Brechlbad, traditional flax processing is demonstrated with musical accompaniment, keeping old crafts alive. The ‘Lebensroas’ association looks forward to many visitors and thanks all participating clubs and exhibitors who make this autumn festival in the Mondsee region possible.
