Guided Tour of the Roman and Celtic Exhibition
What's it about?
In the Attergau, an archaeological investigation was conducted on a Roman estate and three Celtic graves. The restored finds are displayed at the House of Culture. Registration at 0680-1556465 is required for the tour on Saturday at 10 a.m. Exhibits from the excavation of a Roman estate in Königswiesen near St. Georgen im Attergau, such as Roman coins, ceramics, everyday objects, etc., are on display. A wonderful model shows the Roman estate. From three Celtic graves: ceramics, jewelry, hunting arrows are admired in glass cases. There is also the opportunity to watch a short excavation film.
