Every Friday: Hot from the Kettle Traditional snack Fridays (except on public holidays), the aroma of fresh sausages from the kettle wafts through our house early in the morning. From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, we serve our popular 'Kesselheißen' – freshly prepared directly from the hot kettle and full of flavor. Whether as a hearty start to the day or a tasty snack in between, the 'Kesselheißen' are a piece of lived tradition and are popular with regulars as well as new visitors.
