What's it about?

"Lili in lila" – Literary love in the purple literature cave is the name of the new event format at the Gmunden City Library. Prominent Austrian authors present their current novels: there will be listening, moderating, discussion, and analysis: This evening's guest: Dominika Meindl with "Mehr Himmel, als gut für uns ist": Whether Alps or Himalayas: when the mountains call, you follow. Not everyone, but Arthur. Even after a near-death experience in the Toten Mountains, he feels the urge to take on the highest mountain in the world. Between everyday observations, pop culture, love stories, and tourism critique, Dominika Meindl narrates engagingly and captivatingly about people and their relationships, the mountains, and extreme overtourism. The evening's moderation will be handled again by journalist Melanie Jungwirth (LESEZEICHEN – The Literature Magazine on salzi.tv). Advance reservation is highly recommended. Free admission.
