Hippie Death Cult are among the most exciting representatives of the modern heavy psych and stoner rock scene. The band from Portland, Oregon, combines powerful riffs, psychedelic soundscapes, and progressive elements into an unmistakable sound that is reminiscent of the great rock bands of the 1970s while also sounding modern and unique. With their acclaimed albums "111", "Circle of Days", and "Helichrysum", as well as hundreds of concerts in Europe and North America, they have built an international fan base. Their energetic live performances, in particular, are considered a trademark and have earned the band invitations to renowned festivals such as Desertfest and Heavy Psych Sounds Fest. After their impressive performances at Kino Ebensee, the US band now returns and once again promises an evening full of heavy grooves, hypnotic guitars, and captivating rock energy.
