Join us on a journey into the world of legends in a magnificent landscape! Legends, stories, and their historical background will give you an insight into the life and thoughts of our ancestors. Dwarves, witches, giants, and other mythical figures populate the legendary world of the Salzkammergut. The desire for gold and wealth occupied people as much as many then-unexplained natural phenomena. At five stations, during a leisurely hike on the Feuerkogel plateau, you will hear the corresponding legends, myths, and stories from the Höllengebirge, from Traunsee, and from Ebensee.
