What's it about?

Systemic constellation is a coaching method to help you gain more clarity within your relationship constellations. Dynamics and relationships within a system (e.g., family, partnership, company, groups) where conflicts exist are turned upside down to free burdensome memories from the subconscious.In a systemic constellation, an overall context to the associated system is always established. The system always has an influence on the individual, and the individual on the system.The goal is to uncover recurring patterns that prevail within a system, to reveal feelings and impressions – for increasing inner satisfaction and the elimination of external conflicts.Within the constellation process on a topic you have defined, you gain a feeling of distance that allows you to view the conflict area from the outside.
