That does not have to be. With the program 'Trittsicher & aktiv' (Secure Footing & Active), you can specifically prevent falls. Join in! One in three people over 65 falls once a year. In a 12-week fall prevention course with sessions of 50 minutes each, participants improve balance, strength, and reaction skills through special exercises in small groups. Under professional guidance, they receive individual tips on how to best maintain their mobility and safety in daily life and how to prevent falls. Through regular exercises that can also be easily done at home, self-assessment improves and quality of life increases.
