What to expect: We gather around a fire pit. It is a place of connection, a protected space that invites us to pause. Together, we sing to the sound of drums and rattles. Through the transformative power of fire, we let go of what no longer belongs to us, strengthen our life energy, and give thanks and honor Mother Earth. Duration approximately 1¼ hours. The Rainbow The rainbow in the colors of the seven chakras symbolizes the seven stages of every true spiritual path. The rainbow body is regarded in the Himalayas as the completion of human essence. The rainbow itself represents the bridge between the material and the physical world. Over this bridge, we can walk at the end of life to reach the highest heavenly realms.
