Schweizersberg, the location where this natural spectacle takes place, offers a magnificent overview of the valley between the Sensengebirge in Kalkalpen National Park and the impressive Warscheneck. Against this backdrop, participants are invited to actively explore nature. In search of nature's special features, we are encouraged to look, marvel, and observe, getting to know the colorful diversity of plants and animals. The subsequent gathering of wild herbs offers a delicious foretaste of the upcoming culinary refreshment. After revealing the secret of how grass turns into milk, we will churn our own butter in a jar, which will be refined with the collected wild herbs into aromatic Kalkalpen herb butter and tasted with homemade wood-fired farmer's bread.
