Kesselheiße at Schölli

What's it about?

Kesselheisse (hot sausages from the kettle) is available every Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If Thursday is a public holiday, it is served on the preceding Wednesday. Fresh sausages are cooked directly in the kettle and can be picked up at the butcher's shop. Then, enjoy the sausage in the guest room or in the garden, accompanied by mustard, fresh horseradish, a pastry, and a drink. This is a tradition in Kirchdorf! Kesselheisse is served every Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; if Thursday is a public holiday, it is served on the Wednesday before.
