Start: Baby Massage

What's it about?

Touch promotes bonding For babies from about 1 month old up to crawling age. In this baby massage course, you will learn how mindful and loving touch can strengthen the bond between you and your baby and provide both of you with security, calmness, and trust. Baby massage can help your baby relax, sleep better, and alleviate discomforts such as stomach ache or restlessness. At the same time, it helps you become more aware of your child's subtle signals and respond with closeness and touch. Besides learning the individual massage techniques, there is time for exchange with other parents and for all questions related to touch, bonding, and relaxation. Baby massage is also especially suitable for fathers to actively support the development of bonds with their child and to spend valuable time together. The course is suitable for babies between approximately 6 weeks and 6 months old. You will receive a handout and suitable massage oil. What to bring: 1 bath towel, 1 towel, and 1 cloth diaper. Touch promotes bonding – and creates moments that last. Registration is possible up to 1 week before the course begins.
