Art Exhibition "Ursuppe - Thoughts Without Names"

What's it about?

Kilian Ben Höfer's painting moves in the tension between inner states and outer forms. Faces appear fragmented, hinted at or almost dissolved, as carriers of thoughts, memories and moods. They are less portraits than states - snapshots of an ongoing inner process. In the reduction of means and the openness of forms, a space is created in which perception is not fixed, but constantly shifts. The pictures invite us to endure the unclear, the becoming and the ambiguous and to understand it as part of our own experience. The exhibition can be visited daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from July 5th to September 25th. Admission is free.
