Experience top gastronomy directly in the field, or rather IN the field, at this exclusive event. In cooperation with Gaumen Hoch. Many have surely experienced dinner in a field or vineyard. But how does it feel when the field itself becomes the table? And you don't sit on the field, but in the middle of the field, i.e., in the soil? Biohof Achleitner and Gaumen Hoch invite you to a unique experience that takes place exactly where it all begins and where vegetables grow: in the arable soil at a long table, surrounded by plants, earth, and landscape. Gaumen-Hoch top chef Karl Wrenkh conjures up a predominantly plant-based menu according to the concept of the Planetary Health Diet. The focus is on seasonal organic foods that grow directly on the farm and are processed from Leaf to Root, i.e., without waste. Weingut Feiler-Artinger spoils guests with a coordinated wine pairing. Karl Wrenkh is a true pioneer of plant-based, organic cuisine and lives a concept in his restaurant in Vienna that is rightly titled "Cooking for Tomorrow."
