New Character Forge starts in September at the castle With the 'Character Forge', a new outdoor and community project begins on September 8, 2026, at Losenstein Castle. On six Tuesdays, teenagers and adults will meet to be active together, overcome challenges, and work on body, mind, and character. The focus is not on performance and competition, but on community, mutual support, movement in nature, and personal growth of each individual. In a time when encounters often take place digitally and everyday life is becoming increasingly fast-paced, the Character Forge aims to create a counterpoint.
