OPERETTENGALA zum Jahresausklang 2026 - Walzerrausch und Champagnerschwips
What's it about?
A festive operetta gala awaits you with the most beautiful melodies from the golden and silver operetta era for the turn of the year. Evergreens by Johann Strauss, Franz Lehár, Emmerich Kálmán, Carl Zeller, and many others are performed by international soloists from the operetta and musical theater scene. They are accompanied by the renowned Vienna Salon Orchestra "Drei/DreiViertel," which brings Vienna's unmistakable sound to the stage of the Old Theater. Charming, humorous, and with fine Schmäh (Austrian humor), Ivaylo Guberov guides you through the New Year's Eve evening. Look forward to waltzes and Csárdás, to great feelings, and a lively musical start into the new year. Prosit Neujahr!
