Participatory Workshop MON 28.09. - FRI 02.10.2026 Actively preserve historical heritage! Become part of the team that secures the fascinating walls of the Prandegg castle ruin for the future. In this practical workshop, you will learn the basics of sustainable ruin conservation and ecological protection through crown greening under expert guidance. Focus & Content - Masonry: Proper jointing, stabilizing, and gentle uncovering of historic stone and mortar elements - Crown greening: Protecting the top of the wall from weathering through targeted, ecological planting and root protection. Practice & Theory: Hands-on work on the site combined with expert knowledge in monument preservation and ruin conservation.
