10. Arts and Crafts Market Windhaag bei Freistadt with Fresh Market

What's it about?

On the idyllic marketplace in Windhaag bei Freistadt and around the garden of the Green Belt Center, approximately 90 exhibitors will showcase their crafts made of leather, glass, wood, fabric, stone, and more. The charming Windhaag bei Freistadt, as the organizer, has enlisted major partners to assist with the organization and execution of the market. Notably, one of the two music bands has volunteered to participate as a musical and culinary partner. The farmers' women will also be offering their popular fresh farm pastries and desserts again on Sunday. The market itself will occupy the entire marketplace area up to the municipal building with about 90 exhibitors. There will also be an indoor area at the Green Belt Center again this year. On Sunday, there will be a morning pint (Frühschoppen) and musical entertainment in the afternoon. Visitors can win great prizes in a large raffle, which they can take home as souvenirs. The youngest visitors will surely enjoy pony riding. Of course, the market visit should not be too short. Many exhibitors will demonstrate their work and are happy to discuss their skills with visitors.
