The new course with Rosina Weiss: GYMNASTIK FOR SENIORS. Stay active in old age – just join in! Do you also want to do something for your mobility, strength, and well-being in old age? The new course "Gymnastik für Senioren" offers you the perfect opportunity to stay active and at the same time maintain social contacts. WHAT TO EXPECT: In the 60-minute sessions of the total 10 units, you will find a varied program: - Warm-up exercises: gentle start to prepare the body for movement - Stretching exercises: promote flexibility and reduce stiffness - Strengthening exercises: strengthen and mobilize important muscle groups for everyday life - Relaxation exercises: to wind down and promote recovery All exercises are tailored and adjusted individually for the participants, so everyone can participate at their own pace and according to their personal abilities. And most importantly: we not only want to train, but also have fun! COURSE DETAILS: Start: Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM Courses: weekly, every Tuesday from 4:00 to 5:00 PM – a total of 10 sessions Location: Gymnasium of the Volksschule Liebenau Price: only €5 per session per person (total cost €50) *) Bring: mat (gymnastics mat or blanket), water bottle Registration: with Rosina Weiss, T: 0664 385 6260 Minimum participants: 10 *) For the use of public community facilities (e.g., gymnasium), the municipality additionally charges a usage fee. This amounts to €2 per person per session. The Liebenau Senior Citizens' Association has agreed to cover half of the applicable usage fees, so only an additional €1 per person per session will be charged for the advertised course.
