The gourmet evening invites guests to enjoy and gather tips and tricks from the experience of the host Margareta Wollinger.Fine cooking is again featured at the mük. The host of the next Esstisch-Seminar is the passionate event chef Margareta Wollinger from Walding. She creates a delicious multi-course wild game menu with matching wines.Aperitif, wine, and mineral water are included in the price of 69 euros.Registration and more information about the menu: margaretaw@gmx.atWhat are Esstisch-Seminare at the mük?Participants sit at tables in the dining room gallery (max. 18 people). In the kitchen, seminar leaders prepare the menu. Each course is discussed in detail with the guests – the idea behind it, ingredients, special preparation techniques, etc.The service is either provided by the chef himself or by service helpers brought along. During the meal, the hosts sit as much as possible at the table and converse with the guests about the preparation, sharing tips from their experience.The focus is on shared eating and chatting in a colorful, artistic environment and learning from the experience of creative chefs.At the end or beginning, recipes of the menu are provided for guests to take home and cook again.
