What's it about?

Self-defense for women and girls. In this course, you will learn to recognize danger situations early, set clear boundaries, and act more confidently. With simple exercises, you will strengthen your body awareness, perception, and sense of security in everyday life. In addition to practical self-defense techniques, there will be space for questions, exchange, and practicing challenging situations together.
