What's it about?

Tomorrow is the shortest day and the longest night of the year, so today we celebrate the winter solstice according to old tradition. We will walk around the village with torches or lanterns along the Kräutersteig (herb trail) and listen to winter fairy tales by a cozy fire. There will be warm drinks and cookies. The event is kindly hosted by the team of the Kulturverein (cultural association), the working group of the Gesund Gemeinde (healthy community), and the team of the Bio-Heilkräutergarten (organic medicinal herb garden). Meeting point: in front of the Bio-Heilkräutergarten, Am Kräutergarten 2, 4163 Klaffer am Hochficht. Cost: voluntary donations. No registration required — please bring your own torches or lanterns.
