Description: Franz Hautzinger on trumpet, Burkhard Stangl on guitar. About Schönberg, Pink Floyd, and other things. What do Arnold Schönberg and Pink Floyd have in common? More than one might initially think. Franz Hautzinger and Burkhard Stangl use apparent musical opposites as a starting point for a joint performance that spans jazz, improvisation, twelve-tone music, and progressive rock. A guitar chord from Pink Floyd leads into Schönberg's sound worlds, and an atonal motif suddenly appears in a song.
