Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art for harmonizing life energy that has been proven effective for thousands of years. This energy weaves through our body along specific pathways, forming a fine network of energy flows. Our health and well-being depend on the free flow of these energy channels. To strengthen the body's self-healing abilities, we work with 26 energy locks on the body. Each one affects the whole person, addressing body, mind, and soul. Our hands are the keys to these locks. We place our hands in specific combinations on these centers, which sets the flow of energy in motion and balances it. Jin Shin Jyutsu does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment but is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods. No prior knowledge is required for the self-help practice evenings. Each session focuses on a specific topic, and participants will practice self-treatment under guidance. The basis for this is the self-help books by Mary Burmeister. Course times: mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 am on October 12, November 9, November 30, January 11, February 1, March 1, and April 5, 2027. Course fee: €15.00 per morning/evening. Please bring: mat and blanket, small pillow, warm socks.
