Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art for harmonizing life energy that has been proven effective for thousands of years. This energy weaves through specific pathways in our body, forming a fine network of energy flows. Our health and well-being depend on the free flow of these energy pathways. To strengthen the body's self-healing abilities, we work with 26 energy locks on the body. Each one affects the whole person, addressing body, mind, and soul. Our hands are the keys to these locks. We place our hands in specific combinations on these centers, which activates and balances the flow of energy pathways. Jin Shin Jyutsu does not replace medical diagnosis or therapy but is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods. No prior knowledge is required for the self-help practice evenings. Each session will focus on a specific topic, and participants will practice self-treatment under guidance. The basis for the exercises is the self-help books by Mary Burmeister.
