What's it about?
"With imaginative yoga journeys through the world of emotions"/6 timesDive into the colorful world of children's yoga! In this yoga course, children playfully discover how movement, breathing, and relaxation bring body and emotions into harmony. Each session is an imaginative journey: sometimes we are brave heroes on a discovery tour, then we travel to distant lands or immerse ourselves in the diverse world of emotions. On our yoga journeys, we visit sunny places of joy, quiet islands of relaxation, or powerful landscapes where we feel our inner strength. Feelings like joy, anger, excitement, or calm are not explained or judged, but are playfully experienced through movement, images, animals, and breath. We sneak purring through the world of cats, move powerfully like tigers, swing lightly like butterflies, or find peace like a turtle in its protective shell. Children get to know their bodies with all their strong muscles, beating hearts, and deeply breathing lungs - and experience that every feeling is allowed to be there. The course is age-appropriate, playful, and non-judgmental. Every child can participate at their own pace, watch, or take breaks. Children's yoga aims to strengthen, bring joy, and offer a safe space.
